Introduction

The Terms and Conditions (T&C) contained herein along with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, form an Agreement regulating our relationship with regard to the use of DNain Technologies (DNain) Products and Services by you. VISITORS TO THIS WEB SITE ARE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("TERMS") SO PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTINUING TO USE THIS SITE. You (Users) are advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates to the terms and conditions from time to time. DNain may add to or change or update these Terms of Use, from time to time entirely at its own discretion. You are responsible for checking these Terms of Use periodically to remain in compliance with these terms. Your use of a Site after any amendment to the Terms of Use shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and you also agree to be bound by any such changes/revisions.

Privacy Policy

For website visitors - We collect same basic information that most other websites do. For registered users - We collect basic information like Name, Mobile Number and EMail - which is only used for Communicating with the users and for basic authentication (OTP verification). Voice data processed in the application is NOT stored by us, but, maybe transferred to the voice service provider. However, ONLY the voice part are transferred that in anyway can NEVER identify or recognize a person.

License Agreement

"Agreement" means the Terms and Conditions (T&C) contained herein along with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Portal/Site means the DNain site and products owned and operated by DNain. User means and includes any Customer / Users / You (the person or any legal entity) who uses the services offered by DNain through its Portal and other products.

Conditions

  1. Advance billing module is available in specific markets.
  2. Customer needs to pay monthly rent in advance in order to keep his services active.
  3. The advance billing bill cycle will start on the day of activation of the customer and will continue for a period of 30 days.
  4. Post 30 days customer to recharge to continue the services.
  5. Incase the customer fails to recharge post 30 days, services will be discontinued.
  6. Incase customer exhausts his 'minutes' quota during the bill cycle period, the voice services will not be used till the end of the bill cycle date or the user adds some extra voice quoto by paying additional amount for that top up.
  7. As and when additional services are ready for launch, we shall file the same.
